Three Doors to Meditation: Breath, Movement, and Sound

Sunday, October 11, 2026 | 2:00 – 5:00 PM

Register

Meditation isn’t something you can force; it is a mental state created by setting up the right internal conditions. Grounded in both yoga philosophy and modern neuroscience, this program introduces three distinct entry points to quiet the mind: breath control, gentle physical movement, and sound. No prior experience with yoga, breathwork, or chanting is needed. You will learn how to observe your breath, weave awareness into simple yoga postures, and use vocal sound to anchor single-pointed focus.

  • 0:00 – 0:30: Introduction to foundational concepts and initial breath awareness practice
  • 0:30 – 1:30: Active movement — Gentle yoga asana flow
  • 1:30 – 2:00: Rest break and light nourishment
  • 2:00 – 2:30: Closing movement postures (asanas)
  • 2:30 – 3:00: Sound immersion — Breathwork with sound and simple chanting, followed by closing circle and rest
