Recreation & Wellbeing’s Customer Service Center provides membership sales and locker rentals to the UC Berkeley community, as well as passport services available to the public. Passport services require an appointment, and appointments are available for membership assistance and locker rentals.
Hours of Operation
The Customer Service Center is currently open Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Pacific time, and Saturday, 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
Passport services are available by appointment only. For membership and locker services, you may schedule an appointment in advance or join our walk-in queue during business hours. Visitors may wait in the Customer Service Center lobby until directed to a service window. When it is your turn, you’ll receive a text message letting you know which service window to visit.
The Customer Service Center and passport services will be unavailable on all UC Berkeley administrative holidays and operate with modified hours during the times listed below:
- Wednesday, September 30: Open 9 a.m.–1 p.m. and 1:45–6 p.m.
- Thursday, October 15: Open 9–9:45 a.m. and 12:30–6 p.m. (Team Meeting)
- Tuesday, October 20: Open 12:30–6 p.m. (All-Staff Retreat)
- Wednesday, November 11: Closed
