Recreation & Wellbeing’s Customer Service Center provides membership sales and locker rentals to the UC Berkeley community, as well as passport services available to the public. Passport services require an appointment, and appointments are available for membership assistance and locker rentals.
Hours of Operation
The Customer Service Center is currently open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (PST) and Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Passport services are available by appointment only. For membership and locker services, you may schedule an appointment in advance or join our walk-in queue during business hours. Walk-in guests sign up through our virtual queue and may wait in the Customer Service Center lobby until they receive a text notification to be assisted in person.
The Customer Service Center and passport services will be unavailable on all UC Berkeley administrative holidays and operate with modified hours during the times listed below:
- Monday, January 19: CLOSED (UC Holiday)
- Tuesday, February 3: Open 12:45pm-6:00pm (All-Staff Retreat)
- Monday, February 16: CLOSED (UC Holiday)
- Thursday, February 19: Open 9:00am-10:45am and 12:30pm-6:00pm (CSC Meeting)
