We offer in-person fitness classes on UC Berkeley’s campus Mondays-Fridays for UC Berkeley staff, faculty, and student employees.

We recommend that you sign up online prior to attending, but walk-ins are welcome for most classes unless noted otherwise. Come join us!

What to bring

  • Masks are recommended but not required
  • We encourage all participants to bring a water bottle and a towel
  • Bring your own mat if possible, but we also provide mats on site
