Take advantage of our WorkFit program and choose from over 50 professionally-led fitness classes every week, including 41 Zoom classes and 13 in-person, on campus classes. We offer a diverse schedule from Yoga to Simple Strong to Zumba. Campus classes are available to faculty, staff and students. Zoom classes are free to the public.

CAMPUS CLASSES. We offer in-person fitness classes free of charge Mon-Fri on UC Berkeley’s campus. You must be a UCB staff, faculty or student employee to participate. For schedule and registration information CLICK HERE. We recommend that you sign up online prior to attending, but walk-ins are welcome. Come join us!
- All classes are ***FREE*** to staff, faculty and student employees, so spread the word
- Masks are recommended but not required
- We encourage all participants to bring a water bottle and a towel
- Bring your own mat if possible, but we also provide mats on site

ZOOM VIRTUAL CLASSES. We invite everyone to enjoy our FREE virtual programming. Click CLICK HERE and sign up. After you register Zoom will send you a Confirmation Email with a personal link that will take you directly to that specific class (at the very bottom it says “Click Here to Join”). Save this link, as it is the quickest way to enter class because you don’t have to log in to participate.
