Established in 2002, the Cal Figure Skating Team is open to both competitive and recreational skaters.
About
Cal Figure Skating welcomes members from all backgrounds, from those trying skating for the first time to experienced competitors looking to continue their skating careers in college. No experience is required!
Our competitive team travels to three sectional intercollegiate competitions each year, and has qualified for the National Intercollegiate Championships every year since 2011. We are the 2015, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2022 Pacific Coast Sectional Champions, and the 2015 National Pewter Medalists.
For recreational members, we offer coaching from experienced skaters and the chance to perform in our annual Skate Night fundraisers, as well as the opportunity to make some great friends and lasting memories along the way.
Tryouts
No tryouts necessary for recreational members. Tryouts for the competition team will be in the beginning/middle of September (further details are posted on the team website).
