Join us for a new event, the Mind-Body-Spirit Wellness Workshop Series. This is a three part workshop, but attendance at all three sessions is not required to participate.
In these sessions, attendees can expect to focus on practices to cultivate holistic health. Led by Bini and Jimmy, participants will learn about the role of the mind-body connection in spiritual well-being, explore the roots and practice of yoga, and engage in mindfulness exercises to cultivate self-awareness. Activities will include yoga asanas/postures, journaling, breathwork, small group discussions, and intention-setting to help integrate these learnings into a sustainable practice.
No sign ups necessary. Come in comfortable clothes. You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat, journal, and open mind.
All sessions will be held from 2:30 p.m. – 4:30:
