Beginning Calisthenics
Learn how to use your own bodyweight to achieve your strength and conditioning goals so you can take your fitness anywhere. In Beginning Calisthenics, you will use gravity and body weight leverage to do pulling, pushing, and swinging exercises on the ground, pull-up bars, dip bars, and other implements. This all-level class will help you build a great foundation of strength so that you can improve your fitness, work on your first pull-up, and/or move on to more advanced gymnastics movements. Rowing Basics
Learn proper techniques when using the Concept 2 Erg Rowing Machines so that you can safely and effectively get a high-intensity workout. In this 3-week program, you will learn to blend the four stages of a rowing stroke: catch, drive, finish, and recovery to reap the full fitness benefits of using a rowing machine in your workouts.
