The WorkFit program provides free fitness programming exclusively for UC Berkeley staff, faculty, and student employees. WorkFit offers over 50 professionally-led fitness classes every week, including 32 virtual classes (held via Zoom) and 23 in-person classes (held at various locations on the UC Berkeley campus). We offer a diverse range of classes, ranging from yoga, to strength training, to zumba, and more.
