Introduction to Pilates Reformer Workout (6 weeks)

Gain total body strength, balance, and core control. New and experienced Pilates practitioners alike have plenty to love about Pilates at UC Berkeley Recreation & Wellbeing. You’ll find a range of traditional and specialty instruction to meet your fitness goals and skill level. Our trainers can help you achieve your goals. Our goal is to inspire individuals and groups to feel invigorated and motivated. We do that by creating Pilates instruction that is fun, challenging, and of course, rewarding.

All sessions except Session 3 are introductory classes.

Prerequisite for the Level 1 Class: Registrants are required to have completed at least 16 sessions previously at any facility.
