  • As a personal trainer and coach with over 10 years of experience, I specialize in building custom fitness programs for my clients that are achievable and sustainable and therefore help them achieve their fitness and wellness goals. I have experience in strength training for aesthetics and hypertrophy, increasing aerobic capacity & endurance training, and mobility & strength training for injury prevention and sports performance.

Personal Philosophy

Years ago, I heard a trainer named Peter Twist describe my fitness philosophy “We don’t crush people. Life crushes them and we lift them up.” A decade later, I’m a parent of a 5 year old girl and know the value of not only making fitness fun but also finding ways to build it into your life even when life gets messy. My goal as your trainer is to work with you to discover what type of training brings you joy and help you build that into your fitness routine so that you can stick with it for a lifetime.
