Achievements
My greatest achievements as a personal trainer is helping clients reach the goals they’ve set for themselves. Whether it’s achieving their first pull-up, reaching their goal physiques, or winning a gold medal at a sports competition, these moments bring me immense happiness and fulfillment. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a client smile after finishing a great session—it’s the ultimate payoff for the hard work we put in together.

Interests
I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their specific goals by selecting the right exercises and dosage to create outcomes they can confidently claim as their own. I work with a mix of clients—those managing or improving chronic health conditions and athletes seeking to enhance their sports performance. When I’m not training others (which I do often in my free time), you can find me playing video games at home, reading a book at a café, or practicing Taekwondo with my friends.
Personal Philosophy
My goal as a personal trainer is to empower individuals to feel confident and strong in their own bodies. With a strength and conditioning approach to health and fitness, I assess each person’s strengths and capabilities to create a personalized exercise program that helps them reach specific goals. Progression is a key component of growth, whether in muscle development, strength, or endurance. I see areas of weakness as opportunities for individuals to grow, learn more about themselves, and push beyond what they thought possible.
