Personal Philosophy
Fitness and exercise is not only important for our physical health but also our mental and emotional well-being and overall happiness. As a personal trainer my goal is to help people to reach their fitness goals in a progressive and sustainable way while also learning to embrace the challenge and process. I want to help people build their confidence and comfortability around fitness and exercise. As a dietitian to be, I also want people to understand the importance of fueling for exercise and use nutrition as a strategy to improve performance rather than fear food.
