- Withdrawal Policies for Year-Round Programsadd
We require two weeks written notice to cancel and/or refund payments via email to the respective program (e.g. gymnastics, skateboarding, etc.). A refund will be issued for the remaining classes in the session.
For example: A youth participant is registered in classes at the start of a twelve-week session, and has paid in full. Four weeks into the session, written notice is received indicating that the child will be discontinuing classes. The cancellation is then effective starting the sixth week of the session. The card on file will be refunded for the remainder of the classes taking place after the six-week point in the session.
