Co-Ed classes cover all apparatus in both Men’s and Women’s gymnastics programs.
Co-Ed Beginning
This introductory class covers both men’s and women’s apparatus. Gymnasts will work on skill progressions and continue to improve their listening skills. The class emphasizes fundamental skills and teaches the safe body positions necessary for more advanced techniques.
Eligibility
Ages: 6+ years old
Prerequisite: Co-Ed Beginning is an introductory class for students age 6 and above, no previous experience is required.

Co-Ed Intermediate
This class is tailored for gymnasts motivated to push their skills and strength to the next level. Participants will gain experience with both men’s and women’s apparatus, mastering more advanced techniques across all events. The class also includes intensified strength and conditioning routines to meet higher difficulty levels.
Eligibility
Prerequisite: Successful completion of all Girls Beginning 3 or Boys Beginning Skills.
