  • Adventures Youth Program Instructors provide specialized instruction to recreational program participants in individual and group settings and creates a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages participation and positive engagement. They lead and mentor counselors or instructors as needed, offering guidance on best practices and program techniques, as well as maintain professional relationships with participants and staff while contributing to an empowering work environment.

  • Adventures is looking for people who love the outdoors and helping other people enjoy and experience Adventures at the Berkeley Marina. If you love people and enjoy meeting and working with others, and if you want to share your knowledge and experience, come work at Adventures!

    Dockmasters open the marina, prep the safety boat (we will train you!), and get the UCAC ready for the public. Once open Dockmasters talk to people, check them in, help them with equipment and provide a safe, fun, open atmosphere.

    You don't have to know boats or boating, we can teach you that. You do have to want to engage with people, try new things, and be excited to share what Adventures has to offer.
