Personal Information

There are pages on this site that allow users to enter personal information (name, email address, mailing address, sex, affiliation, membership type) in order to communicate with department personnel, and to participate in online surveys. All submissions are voluntary, and are not checked for accuracy or validity. These pages are not encrypted.

Information submitted here is processed and sent via email to predetermined department email addresses. Users should be aware that this information may be intercepted and read. Alternate methods of contact, such as phone numbers, fax numbers, and email addresses are provided wherever possible.

Email Collection

By supplying your email address, you are authorizing the Department to contact you on your question/comment. Department policy states that contact is to be made ONLY within the scope of the initial request. You will not be placed on any mailing list, nor will your address be supplied to any other unit or department.

Security

This website has security measures in place to protect, to the extent possible, against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information under our control. Access to the web server files is limited to selected Recreation & Wellbeing employees. Personal information (see above) is not stored on the server.
