Wheelchair basketball is the latest sport in the inclusive rec programming lineup. Got hoop dreams? That’s all that’s needed to play! Everyone is welcome to get in on a game every Friday from 3-5 p.m. in the RSF. Sport wheelchairs are available. Want to see what it’s all about? Watch a video of amazing athletes in action, during halftime at a recent Cal Men’s Basketball game.
The best way to check out wheelchair basketball? In person at a showcase event on February 28th from 4-6 p.m. at the Field House. With special guests, demonstrations, the chance to test your skills, and win prizes, it will be a fun way to welcome wheelchair basketball to campus.
