The RecWell team is excited to launch a new feature for our members and patrons – a virtual line for the RSF Weight Room. The AI and machine-learning based tecnology allows patrons to join the line using their mobile device, a computer, or an on-site kiosk. You do not need to wait in a physical line when the weight rooms are at capacity. Now you can use other offerings in the RSF until it is your turn.

The virtual line will be available to join whenever the RSF Weight Room Crowd Meter reaches 95% capacity or higher, regardless of the time of day.
This system uses AI and machine-learning technology and will continue to adapt to customer use patterns. We hope it will accurately reflect the wait time in the future, if it is not currently. We recommend joining the virtual line when you are within 5-10 minutes of the RSF.
You are given a 10 minute window to arrive at the entrance to the weight room once summoned. You can spend as long as you want in the weight room once admitted.
Everyone must join the virtual line and be admitted individually.
Notify the staff at the entrance to the weight room and they will let you back in.
International phone numbers are now supported for joining the virtual queue. You may need to select your country before entering your mobile phone number to ensure you receive the text updates.
You may sign up on our on-site kiosk with just your name.
Once you join the line, you will receive a position in the queue along with an estimated wait time. Please monitor the screen at the weight room entrance for real-time updates.
